Consultation Policy:

The consultation process begins with your phone call or online request to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our talented staff members. We have a $50 fee for all consultations, and you have 60 days from the time of booking to use that money towards any of our services. The fee will be charged at the time of your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to retain our talented and experienced staff we now require a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your credit card number will be kept in your medical electronic file that is HIPAA safe. If you cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment there will be a $50 late cancellation fee applied to your card on file. If you NO SHOW then the full service fee will be charged to your account. If you have purchased a package, the treatment will be deducted from your package.
